History of Agri Mega Week
The Agri Mega Week dates back to 1993 when it started out as a farmer’s day. Since its humble beginnings it gained popularity as an annual event. The farmer’s day expanded into a larger expo in 2003 and it is now one of the largest expos of its kind in the southern region of the country.
Focussed on the agricultural industry, this event promotes sustainability and food security with those involved in agriculture being able to benefit from attending the livestock exhibitions and breed presentations at the expo.
